Internal pull rod design

The cylinder adopts an internal pull rod design, with a simple and elegant appearance. Under the same cylinder diameter, the inner pull rod design has a smaller outer diameter than the outer pull rod design. At the same time, the internal pull rod of the cylinder can provide support and guidance for the piston to prevent eccentric wear of the cylinder, making the action smoother and extending the service life.

Protective coating

Before product spraying, shot blasting and polishing treatment are carried out to make the surface of the product smoother and smoother. The ING series actuators are sprayed with epoxy zinc rich primer and polyurethane cool topcoat, and the coating thickness, firmness, and anti-corrosion performance meet the requirements of different harsh environments.

Safety spring module

The spring module is fixed as a whole after being compressed, which improves the convenience and safety of installation and maintenance of the spring module.

ISO standard connection dimensions

The flange size of the BTS series pneumatic actuator and valve connection complies with the international standard ISO5211, making it convenient for customers to install, disassemble, and replace.

Modular design

The BTS series pneumatic actuators can be divided into independent modules such as drive module, cylinder module, spring [cylinder module, manual device, etc., and can be installed and repaired according to the personalized needs of customers.

Wide torque range

The BTS series dual acting actuator can provide a maximum torque output of 270000NM, while the single acting actuator can provide a maximum torque output of 120000NM (working pressure 3-7 bar)

IP67 protection level

The connection parts of the BTS series pneumatic actuators, such as the box and cover, are equipped with high-quality sealing rings, with a protection level of up to IP67, and can continue to work stably in harsh environmental climates.

NAMUR standard mounting holes

The accessory mounting holes of the BTS series pneumatic actuators comply with NUMAR standards, making it easy to install accessories such as position switches and positioners.​
